Aina Meals & Aina Grills

Aina Meals is a restaurant focused on the preparation of nutritive meals according to the clients’ specific lifestyle: physical activity, dietary restrictions and preferences. Aina Meals works with a meal credit plan for prepaid food, which can be redeemed for weekly menus -with delivery- with a broad variety of fresh and healthy preparations, all adjusted to the amount of people and respecting the ingredients for special diets such as vegetarian, vegan and others. They also offer catering for events.

Aina Grill belongs to the same group, but this time focused on Hawaiian style BBQ. Aina Grill is a traditional format restaurant with the option for delivery.

The project and challenges

The Aina Meals website has two ‘rooms’: purchase of subscription credits and redeem credits for meals. The interface is user friendly for the client allowing easy navigation for the purchase of credits, redeeming credits for meals and selecting delivery or to-go option. The restaurant has internal control of the weekly orders, deliveries and to-go requests.

The site is built on WordPress with e-commerce base on WooCommerce using the FrontStore theme customized to the client’s image. There are also plugins and other components for easy use of the dashboard and sales, digital marketing and subscription interactions, among others.

Aina Grill has a web format associated with a traditional restaurant: menu display, physical address, contact info and delivery selection.
